People:  Our Father, hallowed be thy name.

Minister:  Bless your servant N., who has sought to be faithful to your name.  May he/she continue to glorify your name, walking closer to you than ever before as he/she continues in her journey of life.
People:  Our Father, thy kingdom come.

Minister:  Bless your servant N.  (continue with appropriate selection as follows):
(For a Pastor:)  He/She has proclaimed your word and provided pastoral care to others.  May he/she continue to learn, grow and serve others in faith.
(For a Director of Christian Education:) He/She has taught others about your kingdom.  May he/she continue to learn, grow, and nurture others in the faith.
(For a Musician:)  He/she has proclaimed the Good News of your Kingdom through music.    May he/she continue to learn, grow and nurture others in their faith.
People:  Our Father, thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.

Minister:  Bless your servant N.  Grant that her will may be so knit together in your will, that he/she may always follow and obey your desires for her.
People:  Our Father, give us this day our daily bread.

Minister:  Bless your servant N, that he/she may never be in physical want or need.
People:  Our Father, forgive us our debts as we forgive our debtors.

Minister:  Bless your servant N, that he/she may find forgiveness from you in whatever wrongs may have been done, and that he/she may forgive those of us who may have hurt him/her.
People:  Our Father, lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.

Minister:  Bless your servant N, that he/she may resist temptation, and always grow closer to you.
People:  For thine is the kingdom, and the power and the glory, forever, Amen.
