Who's The Boss? - Game

Instructions:  Have everyone sit in a circle and send one person out of the room.  While the person is out of the room, choose a leader.  The leader then starts a motion clapping his or her hands, slapping his or her knees, snapping his or her fingers, patting his or her tummy, etc..  The person who was out of the room comes back into the room after the leader has started the motion.  This person stands in the middle of the circle and gets three guesses to find out who the leader is.  The leader can and should change the motion whenever the guesser is not looking at the leader.  When the leader gets caught, the leader goes out of the room and a new leader is chosen. 

Leader's Hints:  Explain the game before anyone leaves the room.  Also, tell the players not to stare directly at the leader; staring makes the leader too obvious.  The leader can also be very discreet about his or her changes by clapping very softly until the rest of the group changes to clapping, or patting his or her knees very lightly until everyone else has changed motions.
