All
recognition costs to be born by the ministry/department for which the staff
member works. All recognition events and cost proposals to be reviewed by the
Executive Director of Operations before scheduling events or incurring costs
associated with any recognition.

may be funded by a freewill offering announced by the church and/or budget
expenditure)
